Today, Resolution Therapeutics is delighted to announce the appointment of Louise Rowe as Vice President of Operations.
Louise joins at a pivotal time for Resolution Therapeutics, as we continue to advance our Phase I/II EMERALD trial evaluating RTX001, a first-in-class Regenerative Macrophage Therapy, at 15 sites in the UK and Spain.

Louise previously served as Vice President of Programme & Alliance Management at AviadoBio, where she led the global programme for AVB 101, an intrathalamic AAV gene therapy for frontotemporal dementia caused by progranulin mutations. Under her leadership, the programme advanced from pre-clinical development into first-in-human trials, achieved IND clearance, secured FDA Fast Track Designation, and initiated the pioneering ASPIRE FTD clinical study.
Prior to her time at AviadoBio, Louise served as Programme Lead for Libmeldy at Orchard Therapeutics, where she steered the therapy through European marketing authorisation for metachromatic leukodystrophy – one of the first ex vivo lentiviral gene therapies to reach patients.
