Pioneering Regenerative Macrophage Therapy in Inflammatory and Fibrotic Diseases

Resolution is a clinical-stage biotechnology company pioneering Regenerative Macrophage Therapy in inflammatory and fibrotic diseases.

Inflammatory and fibrotic diseases affect millions of patients worldwide. We aim to treat these patients, for example by helping patients with liver cirrhosis avoiding the need for a transplantation.

The Science +

Regenerative Macrophage Therapy

Resolution Therapeutics is developing regenerative macrophage therapies to transform outcomes for people with inflammatory and fibrotic diseases. The Company is built upon more than a decade of work in the Founders’ laboratories at the University of Edinburgh, characterising the role of regenerative macrophages in organ repair, including the liver, both in the pre-clinical and clinical settings. Resolution’s world class team is focused on discovering, developing, manufacturing and taking to market regenerative macrophage therapies based on its proprietary platform of macrophage biology, cell engineering and manufacturing processes.
